SAIC Program Analyst in CAMP SMITH, Hawaii

Description

SAIC is seeking a Program Analyst located in Pearl City, HI area for our client's operational requirements supporting the INDOPACOM Operations team to forecast budgets, process financial forms for contract approvals, and generate reports from financial systems for our customer.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Support the INDOPACOM J3 Analyst Team with collecting and tracking relevant data.

  • Support the team by assisting with tracking contract labor and travel requirements, Official Representation Funds (ORF), NAVFAC Supply & other funding program requirements.

  • Track of processed requirements and reconciliations/status of funds for all assigned accounts/programs.

  • Assist the team with processing financial forms for contract approvals through USINDOPACOM.

  • Generate reports from financial systems to include the SMARTS program.

  • Assist Resource Manager on other Funding Documents within SABRS for MIPRS development or other documents per request.

  • Assist the government with Defense Travel System (DTS) reviewing and processing documents prior to traveler creating a travel authorization/voucher.

  • Validate correct line of accounting charged, documents attached, validate receipts, check their Government Travel Card to ensure credit limits will cover cost of travel, assist with getting credit limit raised if necessary.

  • Support Supply Requests Processing via Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).

  • Prepare slides for and Support multiple meeting to include the Joint Action Meeting (JAM) and weekly staff meetings.

Qualifications

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelors and two (2)+ years of related experience; additional four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, especially in a client interaction context.

  • Ability to work independently and within a team with excellent time management and reporting skills.

  • Demonstrated competency in communications (written and oral), organization, and MS EXCEL.

REQUIRED CLEARANCE:

  • Must have a current Active Secret clearance

  • Must be a current US Citizen.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Knowledge of SABRS and MIPR documents.

  • Working knowledge of SMARTS.

Target salary range: $40,001 - $80,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
