SAIC Senior Program Integrator in HUNTSVILLE, Alabama
Description
SAIC is currently looking to hire a Senior Program Integrator to join our TAGM team located in Huntsville, AL.
This is a hybrid position at the discretion of the Huntsville, AL Army customer (combination of in-office and remote work).
Job Duties:
The individual will be working in a fast-paced environment performing programmatic support to the TAGM Project Office’s Javelin Product Office for the Javelin family of products.
Directly supports the Javelin Program Officer, Product Program Officers and IPT Leads for Program Integration
Serves as advisor to officials with broader and higher responsibilities on status of project, progress made, projected plans, and problems
Identifies major issues and crucial aspects which may impede or preclude program accomplishment and develops effective solutions
Executes the Javelin Product Management Program
Serves as action officer responsible for execution of Product Office and IPT program integration efforts
Drafts Acquisition Documentation as required to support Javelin development and sustainment efforts
Supports Product Office Business functions as required
Work directly with Program Officers and IPT Leads to help implement project goals
Assign duties to staff to implement project goals, as needed
Maintains variable aspects of projects and provide direct assistance to ensure timely project execution
Overview project goals and ensure project goals are achievable
Liaise with project lead and other project managers to maintain project schedule and efficacy
Assist with procuring materials and other items necessary for completing project goals
Review project implementation and gather data on project execution
Coordinate Program Officers and IPT Leads following of project execution
Risk Management (coordinate monthly risk management boards in support of the RIO and product management activities)
May perform other programmatic related duties as assigned by the Program Office leadership.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelors Degree and ten (10) years of experience; 4 years of additional experience may be substituted for a degree.
Required Clearance:
- An active Secret Clearance(US Citizenship required) is required to begin employment.
Required Skills:
Strong experience with weapon system acquisition programs, reviewing project implementation, and gathering data on project execution.
Experience effectively and efficiently managing human, financial, and material resources to accomplish the organization’s mission.
Competent in financial management, human resource management, and information management requirements related to program office operations.
Experience collaborating with various weapon systems stakeholders, Division Chiefs, PEO staff, and external organizations as needed.
Desired Skills and Certifications:
DOD Acquisition certifications and/or training preferred.
DAWIA / DAU professional certifications
