SAIC VTC Systems Administrator in ROCKVILLE, Maryland
Description
The VTC System Administrator will provide dedicated onsite system operation support services for installed VTC systems.
Duties include:
· Provide on-site support and ability to rapidly respond to user requests for VTC support, assistance, and resources.
· Provide support for on-call and/or on-site operations and maintenance support.
· Provide support for on-call and/or on-site operations and maintenance support.
· Conduct training courses for new, modified or upgraded VTC systems.
· Develop an Operation and Maintenance Procedures Manual for the VTC system.
· Provide support for identification of an operations and maintenance infrastructure to satisfy the organization and system operational and mission requirements.
· Implement operation and maintenance procedures for the VTC system.
· Conduct maintenance activities.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum 5 years experience with managing and configuring VTC and VoIP systems
Experience with multiple VTC technologies, and with PolyCom and Cisco equipment
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, and high level interfacing directly with customers
Highly organized and able to work with minimal supervision
Have a BS in Computer Science, Information Science, or related fields
Have an active Public Trust clearance, or be able to obtain one
Must Be a US Citizen
