Description

We are seeking a Staff Officer to support our IC customer in Springfield, VA. The ideal candidate will be a self-started who is able to work independently on assigned tasks. Excellent communication skills are a must.
Responsibilities Include:
Provide executive-level staff and administrative support.
Provide responses to ad hoc client requests in a high profile and fast paced environment.
Support the Division Chiefs and management to craft messaging on key issues and achievements to communicate throughout multiple agencies, industry and key stakeholders.
Provide project/concept plans.
Assemble briefings and papers.
Schedule meeting agendas and take minutes.
Create and brief high-level policy documents.
Develop and maintain knowledge of office functions.
Qualifications
Required:
Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to complete polygraph.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
9+ years of experience.
Demonstrated experience in:
Interacting with senior-level directors and/or agency heads;
Planning and leading sub-tasks/projects;
Data gathering and analytic skills;
Managing small engagements or work products with multiple team members;
Creating detailed reports, preparing and presenting briefings.
Desired:
Experience using SharePoint to update files and content.
Experience with DTS and scheduling travel.
Experience as an action officer in charge of taskers.
