SAIC Program Analyst Supervisor in United States

Description

SAIC is the premier Joint All Domain Command and Control (JADC2) integrator with expertise in transforming legacy command and control systems into a modern hybrid cloud environment to accelerate decision making and increase mission success. This new program is part of a broader effort to provide a tactical operational picture aligned with the JADC2 and Joint Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) to adapt to new and emerging threats. This next generation approach shall employ the latest advancements across the technology spectrum and distributed architectures to deliver a cutting-edge approach.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate products and equipment related to project needs.

  • Prepare detailed cost analysis and comparison reports to support decision-making processes.

  • Review and interpret project requirements to develop procurement strategies that align with project timelines and budgets.

  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including RFQs, RFPs, bid evaluation, contract negotiation, and purchase orders.

  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to forecast demand and ensure the timely delivery of materials and services.

  • Monitor contractual compliance of vendors, ensuring adherence to terms, delivery schedules, quality standards, and cost commitments.

  • Implement and maintain procurement documentation, records, and a database of suppliers and contractors.

  • Analyze and report on procurement and contract performance, highlighting opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers, ensuring open communication and the resolution of any issues that may arise.

  • Assist with the implementation of procurement policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • Us Citizenship an an active Secret clearance. In addition, the ability to obtain a TS/SCI

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in procurement or a similar analytical role, preferably in a project-based environment.

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.

  • Proficiency with procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for advanced data analysis.

  • Excellent negotiation skills, with a proven track record of securing favorable terms and cost savings.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strict attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work effectively across different levels of an organization.

  • A strong understanding of procurement processes, supply chain management, and related legal and regulatory guidelines.

  • CIPS or equivalent certification is desirable.
